Abby Perrotta is a community planner with a focus on preservation. She earned a B.S. in Architecture and Masters degrees in Community Planning and Historic Preservation from the University of Maryland. She focused her graduate education on the City of Frederick and disadvantaged neighborhoods in Baltimore. During her graduate studies she also worked with organizations that served communities in and around College Park. After graduate school she spent a year doing community development work for the City of Hyattsville, then two years on revitalization efforts with the College Park City-University Partnership and has built a network of local connections from working with multiple agencies and institutions along the Rt 1 corridor. She and her husband were married at St Jerome and have since been blessed with two young boys.
