Give To St. Jerome Institute

Support our mission

Change the life of a young person today

Your generosity helps to form the hearts and minds of young Catholics. Since the matriculation of our first students in 2019, we have welcomed many generous benefactors and friends who share in our commitment to form the human person in awe and wonder before the True, the Good and the Beautiful.

It is with great joy that we can offer Financial Aid to all students who require assistance. We ask for continued donations as we welcome new students into our growing community. Whether you are already a donor of the Institute or have recently come to learn about us, we ask you to prayerfully consider making a gift of support today.

Thank you for your generosity!

Important Information About Your Donation

Our 501(c)(3) Status

The Saint Jerome Institute is a 501(c)(3) organization as of June 14, 2018. All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

2021 CARES Act

Take Advantage of the 2021 CARES Act tax deduction to Support SJI! Previously, taxpayers could itemize deductions or take the standard deduction, but could not do both. This year the CARES Act allows the approximately 86% of taxpayers who choose to take the standard deduction to also take an above-the-line deduction of up to $300 for cash contributions made to qualifying charities during 2021, and married filing jointly taking the standard deduction can claim up to $600.(1, 2)

(1)Note: CARES Act incentives are not applicable for contributions to donor-advised funds, supporting organizations, or private foundations.

(2)Donors contemplating any of the strategies highlighted above should consult with their tax and legal advisors.

Deduct 100% of your AGI

Previously, taxpayers who itemize deductions could only deduct 60% of their adjusted gross income (AGI) for gifts of cash to 501(c)3 public charities. Now, the CARES Act allows taxpayers to deduct 100% of their AGI for gifts of cash to public charities, and to carry over excess contributions for up to 5 additional years (subject to the usual 60% limitation). (1, 2)

(1)Note: CARES Act incentives are not applicable for contributions to donor-advised funds, supporting organizations, or private foundations.

(2)Donors contemplating any of the strategies highlighted above should consult with their tax and legal advisors.

Thank You From Our Students

I have been thinking about the many blessings in my life. One of the greatest and most important is my school, the Saint Jerome Institute. Through my friends and teachers there, I am learning about what is really important in life, how to notice and understand it, and how to be a good disciple of the Lord and ultimately become a saint. We are a community of love. We build each other up to be better people. We learn about the Good, the True, and the Beautiful.

Class of 2025

I feel so blessed to be given the opportunity to attend SJI High School. The students are very encouraging, friendly, and kind hearted. The teachers are very caring, kind, and supportive and will go above and beyond to help me with my schoolwork. SJI is helping to prepare me for college. I enjoy celebrating Feast Days and spending time with students and staff. I love SJI.
